The Liberty occupies 8 rai (12,800 m²) with five 7-storey residential buildings named A to E, arranged around a landscaped private courtyard.

Facilities

The 560 m² lagoon pool, fitness center and co-working space sit inside the courtyard, away from the road. 13 commercial units on the ground floors are planned for cafes and services, so daily essentials will live downstairs. Parking holds 160 cars and 40 motorbikes.

Buildings and unit mix

324 residences in total: one-bedrooms of 61-71 m², two-bedrooms of 96 and 119 m², and 15 penthouses on the top floors with 29 m² terraces. Building A carries the penthouse stack; buildings B to E hold the core one- and two-bedroom mix. See the floor plans.
