What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we ask for your name (optional) and a way to contact you: a phone number or a WhatsApp / Telegram handle or an e-mail address. The site also stores basic technical data required for it to work (see Cookies below).
Why we collect it
We use your contact details for one purpose: to respond to your request — to send the project brochure, the current price list, floor plans and to answer your questions about The Liberty. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting a form (Thailand Personal Data Protection Act, PDPA).
Where your data goes
Submitted requests are stored in the site database and forwarded to the Sunthai Property sales team by e-mail and, where configured, to our customer-management system. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone beyond what is needed to handle your request.
How long we keep it
We keep request data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our communication with you, or until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. To do so, contact us through any channel listed on this website — we will process the request without undue delay.
