The Liberty is 324 residences in five 7-storey buildings, but the actual choice comes down to a handful of layouts: one-bedroom units from 61 to 71 m², two-bedroom units of 96 and 119 m², and penthouses. Every single unit in the project has its own terrace. Here is what each layout gives you, with the room sizes from the developer’s documentation.
One-bedroom: 61–71 m²
1 bedroom · 61 m²
The most compact entry into the project (17 units): 50.82 m² indoors plus a 10.18 m² terrace. Inside — a 22.13 m² bedroom, a combined kitchen and dining area of 13.68 m², a 6.94 m² walk-in closet and an 8.69 m² bathroom. A walk-in closet in a unit of this size is rare, and it is what keeps the bedroom itself uncluttered. See the plan: 1 bedroom · 61 m².
1 bedroom · 69 m²
The project’s main layout — 194 of the 324 units. The extra metres go where you feel them daily: a 27.05 m² bedroom, a 14.87 m² kitchen-dining area and a 7.93 m² walk-in closet. There is also a variant of the same 69 m² where the space is split differently — a separate 12.97 m² living room alongside a more compact bedroom — for those who want a proper lounge zone. Details: 1 bedroom · 69 m².
1 bedroom · 63 m² and 71 m²
Two rarer takes on the one-bedroom formula. The 63 m² layout (6 units) trades closet space for a larger 16.18 m² kitchen-dining area. The 71 m² layout (24 units) is the terrace lover’s pick: 12.81 m² outdoors instead of the standard 10.18, plus a generous 9.41 m² walk-in closet.
Two-bedroom: 96 and 119 m²
The 2 bedroom · 96 m² (52 units) is the family workhorse: two bedrooms of 17.56 and 13.19 m², two bathrooms, a separate 13.85 m² living area and a 20.15 m² kitchen-dining space. The 2 bedroom · 119 m² (16 units) scales everything up: the second bedroom grows to 21.12 m², the kitchen-dining area to 26.48 m², and both bedrooms get their own walk-in closets.
Penthouses: 107 and 109 m² with 29 m² terraces
Fifteen units top the list: ten penthouses of 109 m² and five corner penthouses of 107 m². Both are single-bedroom layouts built around space rather than room count: a dining area of 24–26 m², a large bedroom — and a 29 m² terrace, almost three times the standard, which effectively adds an outdoor room.
How to choose
If you want the safest and most liquid option, the 69 m² one-bedroom is the core of the project. If you live in Phuket with a family, compare the two two-bedroom layouts. If the terrace is the point, look at the 71 m² unit or the penthouses. All layouts share the same staged payment schedule — we break it down in how the payment plan works — or simply request the presentation with all floor plans and current availability.
