“Close to everything” is the emptiest phrase in property marketing, so let us be specific. The Liberty sale kit lists exact driving times from the project to the places that make up daily life in Bang Tao and Cherng Talay: the nearest is one minute away, the farthest beach is thirteen. Here is that map, point by point — and what each point actually means for living here.
One to three minutes: the daily loop
Blue Tree Phuket is 1 minute from the project: a lagoon and leisure park with sport, dining and activities for all ages, and effectively the default weekend answer for the whole neighbourhood. HomePro, 2 minutes away, covers everything for the home — which matters more than it sounds when you are setting up a new unit. Villa Market and a cluster of brunch cafés sit in the same central pocket of Cherng Talay, so groceries and a morning coffee never require a real drive. If you play tennis, the SiamSportsPro academy is 3 minutes away.
Three and four minutes: two international schools
Kajonkiet Cherngtalay School is 3 minutes from The Liberty, Headstart International School is 4. For families this is the most important line in the whole list: the school run happens twice a day, every weekday, and here it takes minutes rather than a cross-island commute. It is also a big part of why Cherng Talay grew into the residential core of the Bangtao area — more on that in our Bang Tao and Cherng Talay buyer guide.
Six minutes: Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket
Boat Avenue, 6 minutes away, is the area’s main cluster of restaurants and boutiques, with the open-air Porto de Phuket right across the road. This is where the neighbourhood goes in the evening, and it keeps growing: for a buyer it means the surrounding infrastructure is not a promise on a masterplan but an established, working destination.
Nine to thirteen minutes: the beaches
Bangtao Beach, one of the longest on the island, is 9 minutes away — close enough for a swim before work, far enough that the project sits in a quiet residential pocket rather than in beach traffic. Catch Beach Club, the best-known club on that beach, is 10 minutes. Layan Beach, the calm northern end of the bay, is 13: quieter water, greenery, almost no commerce. Three different beach moods within a quarter of an hour.
Getting in and out
The Liberty sits off Cherng Talay Soi 2 and connects through Pasak 8 with a direct route to Bandon–Cherng Talay Road, the artery that links the area with the rest of Phuket. In practice you live inside a quiet low-rise neighbourhood, but a main road is minutes away in either direction.
Location is half of the decision; the other half is the apartment itself. See our guide to The Liberty layouts, or get the presentation — we will send the full sale kit with the location map and floor plans to your messenger.
